Instructions

1/2 cup of peas to 2 cups of water let stand for 1-2 hours until desired texture is achieved, can be used in salads or as a cold ingredient. May also be added to soups, stews, or cooked dishes for flavor and nutrition. Simmer 1 part peas to 2 parts water until tender (about 10 minutes). Drain, season and serve.
