This product is packaged in a facility that also carefully packages wheat, soy, dairy and nuts. This package is packed by weight not by volume, some settling may occur.

Instructions

1 part corn to 2 parts of boiling water, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Simmer until tender for about 12 minutes. Yields a 1:10 rehydration ratio. Use in soups stews or any recipe calling for corn, can be rehydrated and used without cooking by covering with water and let stand for 1-2 hours or until desired texture is achieved.
