Ingredients

Potatoes, salt, dextrose, sodium bisulfite and bht added for freshness.

Sulfite ingredient.

This product is packaged in a facility that also carefully packages wheat, soy, dairy and nuts. This package is packed by weight not by volume, some settling may occur.

Instructions

1 cup of potatoes to 1 cup of water, add 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Let stand until tender, drain and fry until browned or use in recipe as fresh potatoes. Yields 2-4 oz per servings.
