Instructions

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add a 1/2 cup of green beans to 2 cups of water. Let stand for 1-2 hours until desired texture is achieved. Can be used in salads or as a cold ingredient. May also be added to soups, stews or cooked dishes for flavor and nutrition. Yields 1 cup serving.
