Instructions

To rehydrate, 3 parts of water to 1 part onions. Can be used cold for salads, fried as an ingredient and may be added to soups or stews dry for flavor. Use as you would use fresh onions once they are rehydrated. Refrigerated any unused portions. One tablespoon dehydrated onion equals one medium sized raw onion. If reconstitution is desired, soak onion pieces in warm water 5 to 10 minutes.
