Dehydrated Green Peppers, no additives or preservatives.

Instructions

1/2 cup peppers to 2 cups of water. Let stand for 1-2 hours until desired texture is achieved, can be used in salads or as a cold ingredient. May also be added to soups, stews, or cooked dishes for flavor and nutrition. Yields 3/4 cup serving.
