Instructions

Boccoli may be added to soups or stews for flavor and nutrition. They may also be rehydrated using 1 cup of broccoli to 4 cups of water and let stand until desired texture is reached for use in salads or cold dishes. Serve with or without cheese sauce as a side dish, or add to soups and casseroles. Add 1/4 cup of broccoli to 1/2 cup of hot water. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
